Are all your eyewear products 100% authentic?
Yes. At Arun Optical, we only sell 100% genuine and brand-certified eyewear. All products are sourced directly from authorised brand distributors and trusted suppliers. Each item undergoes a quality check before shipping to ensure you receive only the best.
How can I find my correct eyeglass frame size?
You can check the size printed on the inside arm of your current glasses (usually a three-number code like 52–18–140). If you’re unsure, refer to our Frame Size Guide available on the website. Our customer support can also help you choose the perfect fit.
How long will delivery take?
We ship orders within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Can I return or exchange my eyewear if I don’t like it?
Yes. We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within a specified period (usually 7 days from delivery). The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Please check our Return & Exchange Policy page for complete details.

Yes. We stock unisex designs as well as models specifically for men and women, catering to all styles and face shapes.
Do you sell only glasses, or do you also offer sunglasses and accessories?
We sell a wide range of optical products, including eyeglasses, sunglasses, reading glasses, and eyewear accessories such as cases, cleaning cloths, and lens sprays.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. However, we are working on expanding our services to international customers soon.
